As an ATM Second Level Maintenance (SLM) Technician, your daily tasks will include diagnosing and repairing ATM hardware and software, conducting performance tests, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also be responsible for documenting all maintenance activities and providing regular reports to the management team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance on ATM systems, including hardware and software.
• Diagnose and repair ATM issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
• Conduct performance tests and optimize ATM operations to enhance efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
• Document all maintenance activities and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for ATM maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest ATM technologies and trends, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Provide on-site support and assistance to ATM operators and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ATM maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Certifications in ATM maintenance, such as NCR ATM Technician, Diebold ATM Technician, or Wincor ATM Technician.
• Familiarity with ATM software and tools, including ATMOS, WinATM, and NCR Advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards for ATM maintenance.
• Availability for on-call and emergency support as required.
