📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire customs clearance process, including documentation, filing, and compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth import/export operations.
• Utilize SAP and other relevant software to track and manage inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Monitor warehouse security and safety measures to ensure the integrity and security of pharmaceutical products.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products throughout the supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs clearance, warehouse management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with SAP or other warehouse management software.
• Certification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
