CV Visi Mega is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring that our vehicles are well-maintained and our drivers are well-trained.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with safety regulations,Train and supervise drivers to ensure they are well-prepared and safe,Manage and track vehicle usage and performance,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for fleet maintenance,Ensure all vehicles are insured and roadworthy,Handle any fleet-related complaints or issues promptly and professionally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations,Ability to travel for business purposes
