📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations activities.,Support the operations manager in maintaining operational efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Assist in the management of inventory and supply chain activities.,Support the operations team in maintaining a safe and secure work environment.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
