📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Train and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent losses and ensure accuracy.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
