📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Handle cash transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.,Monitor cash drawer and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Train and develop junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
