📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.,Conduct employee performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.,Manage recruitment processes, including job advertisements, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain talent.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations, and provide training to HR staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
