Diamond Pearl Group is looking for a dedicated Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Medan, Sumatera Utara.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure that all operations are aligned with company goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and customers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the operational team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
