📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge to ensure accurate recommendations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and address customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Promote products and services through various marketing channels and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
