📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing HR functions in a multinational company.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
