As an Assistant Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process, ensuring the smooth flow of medical supplies and equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including purchasing, negotiating, and ordering medical supplies and equipment.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.,Assist in preparing and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Conduct quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet the required standards.,Assist in managing the procurement budget and tracking expenses.,Provide support to the procurement team during peak seasons or high-priority projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Good knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with healthcare procurement processes is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
