📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking food for the kitchen.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to kitchen operations.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Familiarity with various types of cuisines and cooking styles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
