Silver Nest Berjaya is looking for a Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services efficiently and cost-effectively.

As a Deputy Procurement Staff, you will work closely with the Procurement Manager and other departments to ensure that our procurement activities align with the company's strategic goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and negotiation of procurement documents, including Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Contracts.,Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and reports.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Provide support in the development and maintenance of vendor relationships.,Participate in procurement committee meetings and other relevant activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
