Cafe Rama Dental Clinic is looking for a Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager in managing the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. You will work closely with the procurement team to ensure that the clinic's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Support the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Participate in team meetings and provide input on procurement-related topics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
