📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Promote the restaurant's brand and ensure a positive guest experience.,Participate in monthly and quarterly planning meetings to discuss sales, marketing, and operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
