In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for managing the dispatch and delivery of pharmaceutical products using our fleet of vehicles. You'll coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods, and you'll manage our delivery routes to ensure products reach their destinations on time. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for daily operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for daily operations.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely loading and unloading of pharmaceutical products.
• Manage our delivery routes, ensuring products reach their destinations on time and in good condition.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
• Monitor and maintain our delivery schedules, ensuring they are met and adjusted as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as our company's policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our customers are satisfied with our delivery services.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our logistics and distribution processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics and distribution industry.
• Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle you'll be operating.
• Experience with dispatch and delivery software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Kuta, Badung, and Bali region, including local traffic and delivery routes.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
