📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling and training.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
