Smart Port Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our port facility, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation and driving its growth. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Pasuruan and remotely.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port facility, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.,Manage and develop the company's workforce, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve port operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.,Represent the company in negotiations with stakeholders, including government agencies and shipping lines.,Ensure the safety and security of the port facility and its personnel.,Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into the company's operations.,Lead and mentor junior managers, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the logistics or port operations industry.,Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.,Strong understanding of port operations, including cargo handling, vessel berthing, and customs procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
