Mandarin Speaker - Multilingual Support (Sales, QC, Purchasing, Finance, GA, Warehouse)

BTR New Material Group is seeking a fluent Mandarin speaker to join our dynamic team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in bridging communication between our Chinese and Indonesian teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales, Quality Control, Purchasing, Finance, General Affairs, and Warehouse. As a Mandarin Speaker, you will be the key to unlocking new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our Chinese partners.

In this role, you will daily communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, using your fluency in Mandarin to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also assist in training and supporting other team members in understanding and communicating in Mandarin, fostering a more inclusive and efficient work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate communication between Chinese and Indonesian teams in Sales, Quality Control, Purchasing, Finance, General Affairs, and Warehouse departments.
• Assist in negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and ensuring smooth transactions with Chinese suppliers and customers.
• Provide Mandarin language training and support to other team members.
• Assist in the preparation and translation of documents, reports, and other materials for Chinese partners.
• Attend and participate in business meetings, conferences, and other events with Chinese stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects involving Chinese partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the Chinese market.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to expand our business in the Chinese market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in multilingual support or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of business practices and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to China for business purposes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
