🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maritime logistics and supply chain management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data analytics and industry insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field is a plus.
