📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of store associates to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Monitor sales performance and implement data-driven strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and attract new customers.
• Ensure compliance with all retail regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
