📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Train and develop production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.,Implement and monitor quality control measures.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Proficient in using production management software.,Experience in a similar role within the health sector is a plus.
