📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of our employees.,Identify training needs and design programs to address them.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide training and coaching to employees on a variety of topics.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct training needs analysis and design training solutions to address identified gaps.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
