Local Fast Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant from anywhere while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff members are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and efficiently managed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement staff training programs to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with remote management and team collaboration tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
