📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage design engineering projects from concept to completion.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Develop and implement design solutions that meet technical and aesthetic requirements.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Mentor and coach junior engineers to develop their skills.,Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering.,Proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong knowledge of CAD software and design tools.,Experience with project management methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Proficiency in AutoCADSolidWorksor similar design software.Experience with 3D modeling and simulation tools.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.Project management skills (e.g.PMPAgile).Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Ability to travel to different project sites in Bali.
