Airbnb is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Payments team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for Airbnb's payment processing system.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to users.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.,Work closely with product managers to prioritize and estimate work, ensuring timely delivery of features.,Conduct performance reviews and provide recommendations for professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.,5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend systems.,Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Go.,Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or GCP, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.,Strong understanding of payment processing systems and experience with payment gateways and APIs.,Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
