📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain a database of potential customers and leads.,Follow up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
