📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality, visually appealing designs for print and digital media using industry-standard tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design templates and layouts for various projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Produce final deliverables in a timely manner, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in desktop publishing and design.
• Provide creative solutions to design challenges, enhancing the overall visual impact of projects.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Print Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DTP Artist, preferably in a creative agency or marketing department, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with multinational clients and understanding of international design standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
