📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Manage and optimize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Lead and mentor the HR Services team, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.
• Represent the HR department at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Certification in HR operations or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
