As a Maintenance Leader (Injection), you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, conducting regular inspections, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting machinery issues, coordinating with production teams to ensure minimal disruption, and ensuring all maintenance activities are documented and compliant with industry standards.

• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle various maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of injection molding machinery to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues promptly to ensure continuous production.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities during low-production periods.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and compliant with industry standards and company policies.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics and report on efficiency improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles, preferably in the injection molding industry.
• Certification in predictive maintenance or reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery and processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
