Legal Staff (Site Morowali) - Corporate & Compliance Specialist

Artabumi Sentra Industri, a leading industrial player in Indonesia, is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Legal Staff to join our growing team at our Morowali site in Sulawesi Tengah. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team working on a variety of legal matters, including contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment. You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and software, such as SAP ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, and legal management systems, to streamline our processes and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.
• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on a variety of issues.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian and international laws and regulations that may affect our business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your legal knowledge and skills.
• Represent the company in legal matters as required, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or corporate compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using legal management systems, SAP ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid legal practitioner's license (if applicable).
