🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with a proven track record of leading transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of mining technologies, including IoT, AI, and data analytics.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze mining operations.
• Experience in developing and implementing sustainable mining practices.
• Familiarity with mining regulations and environmental standards in Indonesia.
