📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop sustainable and innovative civil engineering solutions for residential and commercial projects.
• Create detailed design plans, including structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to ensure projects are viable and meet budget constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in sustainable and innovative design.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Participate in project reviews and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design, with a focus on sustainable and innovative projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
