As a Legal & Compliance Review Specialist, your mission is to safeguard BYD Automotive's operations by meticulously reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations, and optimizing asset recovery strategies. You'll work closely with legal teams, finance departments, and operational units to maintain a robust compliance framework. Daily, you'll analyze complex financial documents, identify compliance risks, and implement solutions to enhance regulatory adherence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and financial documents to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on financial transactions and assets to support efficient recovery processes.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement compliance strategies and policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance procedures accordingly.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of compliance activities and findings.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks to protect BYD Automotive's operational integrity.
• Work with finance departments to optimize asset recovery processes and ensure financial accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance, corporate law, or financial regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using legal and financial software, such as Westlaw, Bloomberg, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
